PACERS SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT
50TH SEASON
After completing an internship, I was hired on as an internal designer with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. For the 2016-17 season I primarily developed website and social graphics, but not limited-to. A style guide provided by an external design firm laid out brand execution as well as outlining 6 separate internal themes for each decade of the Pacers\’ 50th season anniversary—the 6th being the \”Hickory\” Pacers theme. That guide, however, wasn\’t the most concise in the world. There were \”types\” of images that were recommended but type and image treatment specifically were not developed—not to mention the 1990\’s decade theme still being refined; the refined guide was never provided. Due to this, I was given a bit of creative freedom within the guide and helped build the type treatment on the website.

Pacers Social
On the social media side, I created all of the banner and profile pic graphics for each of the decade themes. I also created a seemingly endless amount of Facebook ads for decade games, home games and special events at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

2017–18 Season Ticket Update
As the 2016–17 season drew to a close, I got the opportunity to put a little spin on the current season theme. I was asked to make new season ticket graphics for the upcoming season. They told me I needed to stay within the season theme but that it also needed to look different than the ones currently in place. So, I took a couple liberties and added the classic Pacers logo (as the 50th season logo would soon be phased out) as well as adding a little more impact to the type.

2017 Playoffs
The Pacers sixth playoff berth in seven years ushered in yet another gold out of the site. I took cues from the clinch artwork that was provided and developed website graphics to get fans excited for round one of the Eastern Conference. Although we didn\’t move past round one I really enjoyed the momentary change to a focus on the Blue & Gold\’s signature gold.

Backdrop
The Pacers were in need of a new backdrop as the old one had become borderline unusable. I was lucky enough to get the chance to design it! I\’m really happy with the way it came out and feel it has a strong bold feel.
